I crocheted both buns first, then I crocheted the hotdog. I definitely needed my stitch counter for this project!
After crochet the hotdog and buns, I pinned them together. I have a large stash of pins from when I used to sew a lot.
There are a couple different ways to add the mustard. I chose to crochet a long mustard chain and then stitched it on.
This hotdog is 68 inches long and 8 inches wide!
This scarf was fun to make, and I still have enough yarn to make another one!
This hotdog is ready to wear and is for sale in my Etsy shop.
This is so adorable. Pinned.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for pinning!

DeleteThis is so cute! I'm going to feature it in an upcoming #HomeMattersParty when we do our hot dog theme at the end of the month!

Another adorable scarf idea, T'onna! I wish my grandfather was still alive because this would've been a perfect gift. He used to always say, "hot diggity dog"
