Crochet Flowering Cactus Scarf

My hands have been busy busy busy crocheting scarves for my Etsy Shop and a baby blanket for a friend. One of my favorite scarves to make is the Flowering Cactus Scarf. The pattern is by HelloHappyCrafts. It's a fun and easy to follow pattern. And you can customize this scarf however you'd like. I like to stick to the terracotta colored flower pot for my cactus, and I like to add pink flowers with yellow stamen. So far, I've made two of cacti scarves, and I plan to make at least two or three more soon!

I was so glad that I stumbled upon a yarn colorway that's actually named Terracotta! I used it for the flower pot.

For this scarf, I used Lion Brand Vanna's Choice Terra Cotta, Lion Brand Vanna's Choice Kelly Green, and Caron Simply Soft Strawberry.

I used light green embroidery floss for the cactus spines, and I used yellow embroidery floss for the flowers' stamens.

This scarf is about 63 inches long and 4 inches wide.
