Today was Dr. Seuss Day at my kiddos' school, so I was up all night working on these Thing 1 and Thing 2 inspired t-shirts because I'm a major procraftinator!☺ I finished the shirts around 2 am, and my kids were so excited about wearing them to school today.
Since I wasn't able to find any Dr. Seuss clothing at Target in my kids' sizes, I decided to buy red shirts to use to create Thing 1 and Thing 2 shirts.
I crocheted two white circles with Vanna's Choice White. One circle is one row bigger than the other. I use this pin on Pinterest as a pattern for crocheting a circle.
Then I crocheted a row of single crochets in Vanna's Choice Black.
Then I used a needle to stitch Thing 1 and Thing 2 onto the circles with the Vanna's Choice Black yarn.

Next, I pinned the circle into place on the t-shirt and sewed it on with black thread.
The shirts are complete!
Their smiles make staying up to 2 am and only getting 4 hours of sleep totally worth it! Lol I'll try not to procraftinate next time. 😋
This is awesome! Looks so official. Love how you chain stitched the words/number on - so cool! Pinned.
