To create this scarf, I followed the pattern for the Unicorn Tracks Scarf, which I found on Pinterest. This stitch is so pretty, fun, and looks great with solid and variegated yarn. For this scarf, I chose the variegated Caron Simply Soft yarn Times Square. I just love this pink, purple, and blue yarn! I definitely reminds me of a unicorn, and these colors are the perfect color combo for a scarf for a little girl.
I made the scarf about 50 inches long, and I added a large pom pom on each end using my pom pom maker.
I cinched the ends and added the pom poms with a yarn needle.
I love adding large, fluffy pom poms to the ends of scarves!
I made this scarf in child size, and it's long enough to wrap around the neck to stay warm on cold days.
What a pretty pattern. I love your scarf and love to sit and knit. Thanks for sharing.
