Crochet Sushi Scarf

Welcome to the July Pinterest Challenge Blog Hop, hosted by My Pinterventures. The purpose of this Pinterest Challenge is to motivate all the participants of this hop (and you too) to not just pin, but to make it happen! This month, I'm sharing a Crochet Sushi Scarf (pattern by Twinkie Chan).  I have a private Pinterest board full of projects I definitely plan to crochet soon.  Twinkie Chan's Sushi Scarf was on my to-do list, and I finally got around to making it! Yay!

To create this Sushi Scarf, I followed Twinkie Chan's Sushi Scarf pattern found in her book Twinkie Chan's Crochet Goodies for Fashion Foodies. I believe some of the yarns listed in the pattern may have been discontinued, so I just used what I already had in my stash.

This sushi scarf had maki, red fish, pink fish, shrimp, egg, and rice.

For me, the hardest part of this scarf is stitching the pieces together without having the stitches show. Overall, this scarf was fun and quick to make.

I really liked making the maki and the shrimp.

This scarf is approximately 59 inches long and 4 inches wide, and it's available in my Etsy shop.

⇓Thanks for checking out my scarf!
Now, let's see what the other hosts have created ⇓
