To create this scarf, I used I Love This Yarn Dark Denim, Red Heart Super Saver Spring Green, Vanna's Choice Beige, Red Heart Super Saver Charcoal, and Red Heart With Love Metallic Light Grey. (No pattern available for this scarf.) I crocheted the scarf a F (3.75mm) Furls crochet hook.
I decided to make the eraser green instead of pink.
I made an oval and #2.
I added the 2 to the scarf by sewing it on with a tapestry/yarn needle.
I added a wooden Sew Crafty Crochet label, but I also added another "Crocheted by..." label with my name on the back of the scarf since this scarf is a gift.
I really love this color combo. Green is my favorite color, so I really like this green eraser.
This is really long like all my scarves. I like to make them long enough to wrap around the neck.
Since I love these colors, I may have to search my stash for my navy blue yarn and make another scarf. I found a bunch of the green already... just gotta find more blue. 😁
I sent the scarf with my son to school yesterday, and I really hope his teacher likes it!
Thanks so much for stopping by and checking out my scarf! What other sports teams colors would look great on a pencil scarf???
This is adorable! How clever you are, love the pencil details and your professional tag...So cute!! I love to crochet.
