It's spring, and that means it's time to put away the winter coats, thick scarves, and warm beanies. But if you still like to wear scarves in the spring, then this crochet neckerchief is perfect. It'll add a fun pop of color to any outfit. This mini scarf would look great in any color, but for this one, I decided to make it with light purple yarn. I definitely plan on making more in different colors.
SUPPLIES:
Caron Simply Soft Orchid (or any other yarn)
The pattern says to use a 5mm crochet hook, but I prefer a 4mm crochet hook. And of course, I had to use a purple hook for this purple project.
I followed the Springtime City Mini Crochet Scarf Pattern, which works up pretty fast. I used stitch markers along the way to mark the rows as I went along.
I finished the scarf just in time for Easter.

ReplyDeleteThanks, Marci! I am still waiting for warm weather here in WA. I'm ready for the cold rain to go away.
DeleteVery pretty neckerchief! I love the color you chose and and how the shape tapers at the ends!
ReplyDeleteThanks!! I love how it tapers, too! That's what caught my eye about the design.
